I work as a Service Level Evaluator, whose responsibility is to manage the day-to-day and intraday National Service Level abandon rates and staffing levels. The role is also responsible for providing detailed analysis and documentation, providing detailed and factual business/function information in order to develop conclusions and responses including recommendations on possible courses of action.

Having Fun

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends; people who I know enjoy the simple things in life. I enjoy watching Star Trek, appreciate the stillness of nature and love traveling. I have visited and lived in various countries and this experience has given me a very global perspective.
