Network Administrator
Highlights: Network configuration, leadership and team-building activities, help-desk duties, and a strong customer service focus.
The residential college (International House) of the University of Melbourne has a student run network, which was managed by a select team. I become the network administrator in 2001 and found it to be invaluable experience in managing a heterogeneous environment, which served about 150 students.
