Constant monitoring of designated areas of responsibility and detailed reporting of incidents that occur in those areas. I have completed the Certificate II in Transport and Distribution (Rail Transport) and worked full time at Town Hall station, which is the second busiest station in Sydney. I was responsible for professional customer service, platform management and train network monitoring at Town Hall station.
